My Facebook/ blog friend Aneisa showed funnel cake the other day on a Facebook post that her husband had made and it reminded me that I can make that! So I did! It turned out great!
My mom had bought a kit a while ago and I think the funnel pitcher that came with it makes a huge difference in how easy this is to make!
We found a mix at Kroger's, but there are a lot of recipe's online too.. which would be cheaper and make a lot more too. I added a little vanilla and cinnamon to the mix.
We of course had powdered sugar! What is funnel cake without powdered sugar?
